Position: Auto Technician
Locations: Long Lake, MN, and Cokato, MN
Employment Type: Full-Time
Are you a skilled Auto Technician looking for a career with a reputable and community-focused auto repair shop? Join the team at Arvu Auto, where we prioritize quality, integrity, and empowering our customers to “Drive in Confidence.” We are seeking experienced technicians to join our Long Lake and Cokato locations and help us maintain our reputation for exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and high-quality repairs and maintenance on a wide range of domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
- Conduct thorough diagnostics and provide repair recommendations using advanced tools like Autel and Snap-On diagnostic equipment.
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) through AutoVitals to document and communicate vehicle issues to service advisors and customers.
- Specialize in areas such as suspension, brakes, or heavy-duty diesel repairs at the Cokato location.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies through monthly training sessions provided by the shop.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient and timely repairs while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety and shop protocols.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an auto technician in a professional repair shop.
- Expertise in diagnostics, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and engine repair.
- Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes for consistent quality.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and repairs.
- ASE certification is preferred but not required.
